My phone: My favorite piece of technology

I´m always whit my cell phone; is the first thing what I see in the morning, and it goes everywhere with me. Literally, I can´t live without my cell phone. I do everything with it.   I take pictures, text with my family, friends and my boyfriend to now how they are, also, in the night I see some movies or videos in Youtube. 

The thing that I like to do the most with my phone is see Pinterest and Instagram, my favorites internet platforms. 

I think that cell phones can be a very useful tool, for exmaple you can  search information in the moment about everything, or talk with someone in any moment. 

But sometimes, my cell phones distracts me. When I´m studing sound notification or I take it and I stay duck with something.  Many times it affects me at night, because I stay watching my social networks and I fall sleep very late. 

I think that the cell phone is very useful for various things, but you have to have a balance and not become addicted to it.
